BALANCE SYSTEM
Use torsion springs to balance the door weight. Springs are calculated by a special computer program, its excellent calculation method always provide right springs for you which make the door kept in well balanced status. The spring is made of alloy spring wire, it is blackened and the life-span (number of cycles) is not less than 20,000 cycles.
The balance system is preassembled in workshop, it is more convenient for the door installation.
Spring break device
Each spring is equipped with an anti-break device. In case of the spring broken, this device will stop the door from falling by blocking the solid shaft firmly.
TRACKS
C-shaped 2” tracks, 2.0mm thickness galvanized. The tracks are welded together with the vertical angle plate or horizontal angle plate, which enhanced both the rigidity and intensity of the tracks.
Reliable performance of the track forming machine and bending machine assure the tracks right shaped, straight and with smooth surface. These high quality tracks make the door move smoothly and noise less.

Roller bracket set
Unique arch-shaped aluminum roller bracket is patented product of BREMET, it gain advantages over the other type of roller brackets with its popular figure, better adjustment ability, perfect corrosion resistance and longer life span.
Roller
2” Nylon roller with bearing, the pin diameter of the roller is 11mm.
Hinge:Stainless steel hinge, high intensity, fine appearance, 1.5mm thickness.
Cable break device:
A pair of cable break device is provided for the door as standard safety device. In the case of cable broken, this device will stop the door from falling by catching into the vertical track with the blade mounted on the side.
Seal:
Side rubber seal
The side rubber seal is pre-mounted on vertical angle, the lip of the seal will press on the outside surface of the door panel after the door installation.
Bottom rubber seal
Unique designed bottom rubber seal is mounted on the bottom aluminum profile, it will cling to the ground completely along the full length of the door width when the door is closed.
Top rubber seal
Specialized top rubber seal for garage doors, it is mounted on the top aluminum profile and the lip will cling to the wall when the door is closed.

Spring bumper
The spring bumpers are installed on both ends of the horizontal tracks, their function is to prevent the door from rushing out of the track accidentally and provide a proper force to help the door start to move down. The spring bumper set including 4mm thickness mounting plate.
